The major operation in STEW at Radio Oakley was by N6WM. I got on during Chris'
break in the 06Z hour, to find the band in much better shape than Friday night
in RAC. No precip. static, T-storm crashes, but improved propagation. A fun way
to end the 2023 contest season.
