Comments:
I was pleased to be able to participate in this contest, hoping for some of the
continued good conditions that we’ve had on 10 m. Saturday was a little slow
with less activity than I had been hoping for. Things picked up Sunday with CW
wall-to-wall across the band segment. I seemed to do much better on CW than on
phone so I of course stuck with that. The MFJ cobweb that I am using has a
fairly narrow bandwidth, and I do have it tuned for 10 m CW quite nicely, so it
certainly was more efficient there, no tuner needed.
During the few hours I played, I was surprised that I did not hear more DX.
I cleared 100+ Qs, and worked many great CW Ops. Thanks for the Qs!
Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to All! See you in 2024!
73,
JR
