Comments:
I made a big mistake to do Single Band 10m. With the K index so high, 10m was
only partially open. I know I would have had much more fun on 15m. My rotor is
still stuck, with my tribander frozen at 30 deg. Seemed like even Hawaii was not
as loud as usual. Can't believe that I
did not work New Zealand, Argentina nor Germany.
This is the second time I can remember when propagation to South America was
very poor, with fluttery signals and deep QSB.
Nothing extraordinary DX-wise this time. Best DX was Iceland.
This was a bit depressing, since my expectations for a CQWW near the peak of the
sunspot cycle were quite a bit higher.
