Horrible conditions on 10m to EU, however 10m was wide open to VU, YB, 9V &
Asiatic Russia. During the event, I worked a 'G' station who was 10 over 9, and
head and shoulders above any other signal on the band.. Confusing 10m
propagation behaviour for sure.
