Comments:
I rarely operate on 160, but I do listen there most every morning to hear what
DX better equipped stations are catching. I was too tired to put in time on
Saturday night, but was glad to be awake early Sunday and enjoyed seeing what I
could hear and work for a couple hours. Best 'DX' was N9RV - great ears, Pat!
N0NI was weak but copyable here, and I didn't realize you were QRP until after I
stopped. I sent CW by hand, logged on paper, so I have no real idea of score.
In all honesty, I have no business being on 160 meters with my poor excuse of an
antenna!
Thanks for the early morning fun - always interesting to see who has good ears
on 160.
73,
Mike, K8CN
Rig: K2/100 at 95 watts; badly mangled 135 foot doublet, center fed about 20
feet up.
