Late start. Had to fool around with the SteppIR to get it to work on 20.
KI7Y was the first from the west to get in the log, and there were only a few
from the west. Skip was short, but surprisingly quite a few Europeans called in.
That was a nice treat! Fairly steady run, but it dried up at times.
