Comments:
Started the contest late by four hours, and things were slow. I was hoping that
activity would be high so I could trouble some of my FT8 operating skills, but
that did not happen. I quit Saturday at about 10 PM with about 20 contacts.
Jerry (W1IE) and I were the only two Yardhogs reporting. I got Sunday and
started again. QSO were slow coming. When, I finally quit at about 9 PM Sunday
I got my required 50 plus one. BIC time of over 7 hours and only 50 contacts is
not good, but compared to others I should be good for a showing in the 5 Meg
status. I probably would not have got my fifty without the help of 2-meter FM,
where I got 11 QSOs.
If they were all like this one, I would take up watching games on TV.
