Comments:
This was a test of my recovery from recent illness. Surprised to have had the
energy to do 6hr; and I seem to have timed my dinner break to coincide with the
solar flare...dumb luck!
Many sigs were quite weak, surprising me, we made a 2-way contact. I believe
there were but one or two that had to be abandoned.
Propagations was flakey, at best, for me. Close by stations I can usually hear
well on 20 and 40M were in the mud; they were fine on 80M. 40M was notably long,
with the Midwest being about the closest readily worked.
Nice to get active again after feeling like crap for almost a month.
73, tnx for the Qs.
