Comments:
This is the 1st WQ6X NAQP Cw GiG run as a QRP station
from KJN6NBT's QTH atop the mountain in Ramona Ca.
For such great Space-WX numbers, the actual band condx. were somewhat
of a disappointment; especially 10-meters. 15-meters started off ok
and then folded up way too quickly. After spending 3 hours running NX6T's
STN-2 (2 to 5 pm), 15 was dead so it was up to 20 to make it work and
eventually
40-meters cam thru as well. 80-meters was only about California and the
Northwest. There is no 160-antenna in Ramona so I missed out on a handful
of multipliers there.
Overall, my 1st QRP NAQP-Cw GiG was a resounding success.
