KX3 5-15w AX1
First time ever operating from a hotel room with 15w.
My new (to me) KX3 was great. Little AX-1 vertical loaded whip, with one
counterpoise did better than expected. This is fun! An old dog trying to learn a
new trick...after 64 years of ham radio, this was the most fun in quite a
while!
Tnx to those who suffered with the little sig, and pulled me out of the mud.
Also my first time operating in IL. Felt like I was stuttering BILL IL IL
