Not such a wonderful result for this one. 20 was good but crowded and I had
trouble getting a decent run going; also lost out on a lot of S&P calls.
Went to 40 with less than 10 minutes to go and discovered I probably should have
done that considerably earlier. See everyone next week at 1300Z.
