Comments:
Missed last week's CWT's due to 'rigless' travel
in the OH6-area. Moved the tip of my sloper wire
30 degrees more East due to neighbor's festivities,
so my signal is more obstructed to the USA-azimuth
(but it helped for AACW, especially Japan).
Geomag was very quiet, but with Midsummer peaking
today, the attenuation is high for 14 MHz, and the
more Northern VE-path had the advantage over USA.
On 21 MHz Marv N5AW was initially strong, and most
of the other USA-stations appeared after 1350Z.
Spent the last minutes calling CQ on 28 MHz, but
surprisingly even the 28.074 FT8-window was quiet.
Cheers/73, Zaba OH1ZAA #1856 CWops
