Comments:
Due to being on the road for the previous two months, I did the minimum required
and operated Limited Rover for one day only. Still, I had a very productive
contest. 6M was open pretty much full time on Saturday. That made for an
interesting contest. There was analog activity, which is good.
I made several forays to FT4, but, with one exception, when I made a dozen or so
QSOS on FT4, they were rather unproductive. It is a shame as FT4 is really made
for rapid contest QSOs, rivaling CW with respect to rate in my opinion.
6M went short several times so I went to 2M and tried to raise people, but there
was no one there.
I did make a QSO with HI for the longest DX. Not sure if that was multiple Es or
s short F2 opening.
I worked more rover stations than usual, including several running DG. That is
a good sign for the health of the contest, I think.
