Comments:
Thanks to all the Florida stations who stuck with this despite crummy weather
and QRN. 40m was a little noisy here, and 20 got noisy Sunday afternoon, but
probably nothing like in Florida.
It was really fun working the mobiles in new counties, and I spent a fair bit of
time doing chores for ten or fifteen minutes, then racing back to the shack to
check on the mobiles. The mobile ops put in a great effort preparing, providing
their planned routes, and operating with pileups. I really appreciate it
because it adds a lot to the QSO Party. Home stations seemed to go to a lot of
effort to get on different bands and modes too.
I should have thought more about whether it was possible for me to work all the
counties. In the end I was surprised to see I had them all but Gilchrist.
