Well, that was terrible. Storms were far enough away that I felt OK to get the
radio on the air in the last 10 minutes or so. Noise was terrific, so I engaged
the NR on the K3. That made the CW much harder to copy -- between weak signals,
static crashes, and whatever the NR was doing to the CW signals (and I know this
happens, but man the noise was awful), I could barely copy anything.
For the folks I could copy -- thanks for hanging in there. For the folks I
couldn't, you just weren't getting through all the noise.
Hoping 1900 and 0300 are better!
