Hello from Lana’i City, Lana’i, Hawaii!
Limited operating time today, had a dinner reservation at the restaurant, so
couldn’t do the full hour. I set up my sotabeams pole and end fed in town -
kind of high noise level, but managed a contact (and a new state! Woot! ) :-)
I’m here on Lana’i for outreach (for work), talking to different classes
about astronomy and ham radio, in preparation for their contact with the ISS
tomorrow. I have a really cool job! :-)
