Comments:
Most BIC time was Friday evening through European Sunrise, augmented with
1-hour+ stints Saturday morning, evening, and at the end. Signals from Europe
seemed best just before the start of the contest, while still broad daylight
here. No spectacular propagation noted, especially to the Pacific, but quiet
band conditions were enjoyable. Frequently dropped to LP due to antenna
intermittents kicking the amp off.
