Comments:
As expected the SteppIR did not work on 40M. Used the inverted vee. Reached 100
QSOs at 0335Z, at 0345Z had 126 QSOs. At 03:40Z went to 80. The rate was good
there, but perhaps was a bit late because there were some left who I did not
work. Not enough west coast!
