Comments:
I started on 20 for one of the first times and with the short skip got off to a
decent start. Ended up with the most Qs on 20 ever for me. Out of the last 19
years in 15 of them I have had in the 100's, 2 of them in the 200's and 2 of
them in the 300's on 20 M. 40 was not as good here as normal. Of course the
higher bands were good but puts the Midwest at a disadvantage.
Lost my rx antennas Saturday night and fretted over what caused it but generally
ignored it then Sunday one amp faulted so I went LP for a while on the 2nd
radio. I did dual CQ'ing (first time) on 40 and 80 for an hour with decent
success.
Heard VY1 a lot and my last section was VO1. Thanks to you guys for getting on.
Got to be a lot like work on Sunday and slower than normal but overall fun and
nice to work a lot of new stations.
Congrats to the top stations and thanks as always to the sponsors.
