Comments:
The Aurora indeed peaked up to over 80 gigawatts
around 1700Z, dipped to 50 GW, again strengthening
during the 1900Z session. There were no signals on
14 MHz. However, 7 MHz worked out well. Nice to see
Timo OH1NOA running the OH2A-station, the first one
of the ground-wave locals to couple in here with a
decent signal in more than 5 years of weekly CWT.
On 3.5 MHz I need to make some improvements for RX.
The Loop-on-Ground needs a PTT-driven relay to pick
up better SNT on this band. Also I have to complete
the anti-phase noise canceller: a great tool with a
fixed antenna, like my sloper wire used for all bands.
