Comments:
For once the E-layer did not disturb the geometry
for Central Europe. Signals were booming on 14 MHz.
Especially HB9 tends to suffer during Summer looking
from here for this specific path. A nice burst of DX
with AH6KO VK2GR N4BP after 0725Z, but no others...
In the last minutes JN1THL on 21 MHz, but the QSB
did not go high enough to get the contact. Otherwise
just S53R booming, a few SM's on back-scatter, and
Ken G4RWD the only British contact... All this after
a solid start on 7 MHz. It would be nice to be able
to change bands quickly for repeated visits per band.
Cheers/73, Zaba OH1ZAA #1856 CWops
