Comments:
Commercial power failed 2 hours pre-NS after a 23 acre wildfire. We had just
replaced the 8 solar bats after 10 years, so had power for NS. But have been
using the antenna tuner in the KPA-1500 for the LB antenna — it requires 240V
from PG&E. So mid-contest I switched the Balun to the Yaesu and it worked
fine. Worked KW8N on 80 way b4 sunset and that bodes well for NAQP cw.
