Comments:
That was a lot of fun. Thursday night and Saturday afternoon were marked by
thunderstorms all around, so lots of asking to repeat calls and exchanges. But
the bands were quite good, given the low solar flux. I was surprised to make a
few contacts on 10m. The last few hours saw a rise of denser solar wind that
elevated the K-index to 3 and saw a Bz around -10 (aurora). Still managed to
have some decent rates and never got bored. I ran 300-400W on most bands, except
for 2m and 6m (much lower power). Lots of DX joined in too, which was nice to
see.
