Comments:
I entered SOE, but certainly was not that! Interesting mode but it was a step
back in time with no public skimmers and a very limited supply of ops. Couldnt
get 2 Tone to set to 75 baud so roughed it with MMTTY solely. I did some
passing between 15 and 20 that worked. No joy on 80 and only one contact with
KC2WUF on 40. It's in a lousy time slot for the US but with some coordination
we could do a lot better. Some 75 baud skimmers would be a good start!
