Comments:
Compared to last year, I was slightly better. Waited until Saturday to setup
N1MM+. That was a mistake. After an update, I could not setup a new contest
log. The problem occurred only with the IC-7610 ini files. I should just went
with the IC-756 and started the show. But, no not me. I finally got N1MM+
working again and made my first contact at 00:10 Z. Needless to say that was
late. I played S&P as usual and in two play pens - CW and SSB. Thought
about digital, but gave it up after the thought. For locals or people I know, I
worked Kenny (K2KW), I heard Knight (NJ4Q), and I also heard NQ4J and got
confused. Heard Bill (KC4D)and Bud (W2RU)who I think was mobile. Oh, and Riley
(K4ORD) on two bands is in my log. One surprise contact was Dewey (K4CAB,)a
regular on the ROC net and says he is learning his code. He was running at
about 15 wpm in Nelson county.
I had fun once I stopped fretting with N1MM+ and started just playing radio.
