Comments:
An ALL-TIME LOW in European (non-french) SSB operating. If you are loud, you
will attract them. Its not the experienced operators, it seems to be the
inexperienced new operators and the desperate operators. They can not be taught
from this side. As much as I enjoy practicing my French in REF-SSB, I don't
think I can ever do this contest event again. We're doomed.
