Comments:
Everything worked! Had a fun time with my only disappointment being the
unexpected lack of multipliers on 15m. FT4 is fast but the FT8 S/N ration is so
much better. Last year there was a lot more FT8. I kept checking 15m and
couldn't find FT8 ops anywhere on the band except 21.074 where there were many
multipliers decoding from SA, EU and AF but none were operating RU. 21.090 had
no FT8 but was wall to wall RTTY. FT4 on 15m was mostly short skip.
I worked over 100 dupes and non-test Qs. Most of the non-test dupes were my
fault for calling CQ stations that were not calling CQ RU.
ARRL should separate the test RTTY/Digital, address the exchange protocol issues
and publish a band plan for both RTTY and Digital mode users.
