Comments:
This was in interesting hour. My rate really dropped to almost ZERO so I moved
my run to 40 where I had been SP. Well, many CQ with no replies so back to 20.
Some rate and SP on 40. So back to 40 for Run. FINALLY! The rate picked up
but not enough to be a high Q hour.
