Comments:
Conditions started out terrible but slightly improved as the contest went on.
Very surprised to see 10 and 15 open with low noise, but 20 and lower the noise
level was around S9+. Heard very few east coast stations and very few canadian
stations as well.
I spent most of my time S&P.
