Comments:
Had lots of fun. Gave up working in daylight and focused efforts on night where
I fond better conditions. Increased # of Qs by 26% and total points by 15% over
last year. Made about 80% of my Qs running. With only 100 watts and a
compromised antenna this was a challenge. I looked for clear spots with my 1.2
Khz filter on and after finding a spot went to 500Hz and started calling CQ.
Anytime I was stomped on I just quickly picked up my tent and moved on. Worked a
bunch of FRCers. Picked up Puerto Rico, USVI, the west coast and the elusive IA.
Tried for 200 Qs but at 0158 ran out of time.
