Comments:
Overall things went well this year. Managed to get all antennas up by end of
evening Friday. The all day off and on drizzle and occasional heavier rain took
the edge off of the heat. So Saturday was less work, just setting up radios.
Used two K3's in SO2R mode. This was first year that I did not make any SSB
QSOs. Mainly because the short-skip conditions on 20 meters and 15 meters were
very productive on Sunday so rate continued well on CW and thus no need to go to
SSB. Wish those Sunday conditions would have been there on Saturday also. Very
little thunderstorm QRN made for a comfortable 80 CW. And as usual 40 meters
was the best overall band.
