Comments:
I do not usually call anyone out on 3830 but today I will make and exception.
VE3UTT kept following me around on 20 meters and calling CQ on the same
frequency I was running on. I sent QRL / pse QSY, he kept calling. I moved
down, he followed me. I moved up - he followed me. NOT GOOD PRACTICE!
Other than the above, signals on 80 were light copy and EU on 20 was about the
same. If not for 40, this would have been a slow hour.
