Comments:
Missed the first hour due to family commitment and apparently I missed the best
part. Tons of QSB, S8 noise floor on 40, and S9 noise floor on 80, where it's
normally S5-S6. I struggled to hear and be heard.
Ran my FT-857D with a 10/15/20 fan dipole and a 40/80 trap dipole in inverted
vee formation with the center about 20 feet up. Yes, the bottom of the 40/80
wasn't much off the ground. Previously I've run NAQP SSB from George K5KG's
great QTH, but the family commitment meant that wasn't to be.
