I can work a good portion of MD groundwave on 20 and into DC area on 40.
Considering this, the activity level was very low right in the heart of PVRC
territory. Signals on 75M were loud, but few.
The mandatory summary sheet requires you check off each county you work; this is
unique to this QP, burdensome for those who make more QSO's. Also the county
abbreviations were apparently conjured up by a true sadist who has never heard
that vowels are part of the English language. Not a very "fun" party
for one which is supposed to be "fun".
