Comments:
I expected 20 to be pretty much the only band I would use for this time
period. It seemed to peter out much earlier than I expected, either from
conditions or folks moving to 40. When I moved to 40, I didn't hear a lot
but it was early for the west cost. It picked up near the end of the contest.
