Comments:
The 40m DE Zepp somehow loaded on 160 and first Q was NO3M in PA. Many problems
today. . first PG&E issues in the morning, causing a temporary shutdown of
the Espresso Machine at breakfast. But that resolved when sun activated the
solar panels, and eventually the PG&E power was OK. Then, around noon the
neighbor where our well is located called to say he wanted to "borrow"
some water, but the well wouldn't start. We've had a problematic summer with
the well, so this is just the latest. The technician arrived at 1930 --
fortunately I was able to send XYL Barbara to the well, which is 600' below the
house, and a 3 mile drive to get there.
Except for 15, conditions were pretty good.. Managed to hold a run freq on 40
meters for 160 Q's. 80m was quiet and East coast easily worked. W6FA was willing
to move from 15m for the lone 10m qso. Score corrected for an erroneous
multiplier assigned by N1MM+: I worked an NP3 in FL, and N1MM+ incorrectly
assigned PR for the mult, i.e. the prefix took precedence over the entered QTH.
