Comments:
TNX for all QSO's.
Few words from a low band maniac perspective:
Amazing experience during the 1st night - s9+++ signals, band sounded like 40M.
50 states worked already after 3,5 hrs...
Being called by ND, SD, WY , VY0 and many other unique mults. I was hoping for
breaking old SP record from 2011, but 2nd night was very disappointing.
Conditions went down and average rate to 25-30 QSO/hr. VERY low activity from
USA during their saturday night. Simply, no people on the radio.
Set up:
27m Vertical
IC 7800 in diversity RXing mode
Beverage's: 285/300/315/330 deg and 4x K9AY rectangular array aimed 300deg.
Best receiving antennas were 300deg phased bev's and 4x K9AY.
There were also some west coast stations readable ONLY on 330deg antenna. Any
work in the field will pay off when the right moment comes...
