PG&E shows up like they promised to fix new line noise...BUZZZZZT!
With the S meter at +10 with no signals, I managed to work the loud guys in the
first hour. Once I got to 40 it was hopeless. Cranking in enough NB just
destroyed signal quality.
Oh well. Maybe I'll get this fixed before CW. Maybe.
