Comments:
Very unusual night! No more than two contacts with anyone tonight. Forty meters
was the best meters for sure. Best ever. Eighty was good, but I am too far away
from the major centers to win jump balls if others call. Very frustrating as I
lost nearly every jumper there. Ditto 160. No contacts in the last two minutes
... poor ending.
Was well behind KZ5D to start, then closed to within one with 10 minutes
remaining. But did not close strong as mentioned.
Lots of high QSO numbers tonight.
Five minute segments: 9, 10, 6, 10, 7, and 10.
Heard K8MR 569 warming up on 15, the only signal heard, but nothing after the
bell rang.
Lots of action tonight. A surfeit of riches.
GL to everyone this Saturday. Lots of Dons on. RIP my friend. There will be two
"Five Land" teams.
