Hi
New experience same fun.
Want to try a new site and new antennas. I set BVGs and didn't really test them
until contest start. Than figured out that something is really wrong with RX to
NW-US. Try to fixed whole weekend but did not succeeded. Still don't know where
the problem was. So have to lsn on TX ant every US. Sorry for miscopy and lots
of repeats.
Beside that was vy vy cool and enjoyable to work from a new station with new
antennas.
There was lots if highlights in this one to mention them all.
The 184 q first hour, 75 JA stn & working west coast was just some of them.
Downside was listening 160m on a dipol antenna for 15hour or so :)
Operated with 2 sloping dipole from a 55m tower & TS990.
BVG to JA which worked fine & US - that didn't work at all :)
There was also some local competition (congrats to my TeamMate from 9A5Y on his
MULTS # and great score with a weaker signal) and of course livescore was
entertaining and motivating too.
Thanks to guys from 9A4C radioclub for helping my in preparation and hosting me
during weekend.
And thanks to all Qs and one more weekend with only one thing on my mind...
Vedran, 9A7DX
