Sadly a part time operation from here because we had family commitments over the
weekend, so managed most operating during Saturday evening from 2000 – 0300
with a few other periods interspersed. I suspect this may be one of those events
where looking back - you regret not having taken part afterwards…
Although I thought the band opened slowly, as I went to bed at 0300 the East
Coast Ws were very loud. Would have loved to have stayed up – but I would have
been strung up from the antennas..
Only a low Inv-L (top at 50ft) working here this weekend with a K9AY for
receive.
