Comments:
My best personal cq 160 cw score. Raw score is 2,4% more than current national
OH SOA record, so not enough and I think some fellow OH contesters, like OH4A
will make much better scores this year. Maybe better results next year with less
sleeping.
Propagation was getting better all the time and the best moments were on Sunday
evening. Worked only JA3YBK from JA on Saturday but on Sunday evening 29 other
JA stations called, nice. No VK or ZL heard. Used diversity reception
occasionally and listened EU with left ear and tx verticals and dx direction to
right ear with HI-z 4. Sometimes only TX verticals for both.
NA signals were much weaker than what we used to hear few weeks ago and number
of logged NA stations were only 50% compared to ARRL 160 or Stew Perry. But
anyway, great contest, congratulations to OH5Z and OH0Z about excellent record
scores.
