Comments:
I had no intentions of roving, was a last minute attempt locally. The police
told all to stay off the snowy, icy and slush packed roads, and almost all
listened, cars were scarce. Crazy rovers tend to be disobedient. In FN04ma
elevation 950 fasl, got almost all in FN03 with VE3IQZ in FN04 and VE3ZV in EN92
the exceptions. No dx beyond EN92.
In FN03mx, only dx was VE3ZV EN92. Sunday, briefly reran same grids including
146.520 and was called by 1 on FM but not heard. Forgot to check
146.550, oops.
Visited VE3MIS after qso on both bands from in front of their building.
No qso's in motion, not safe. Got home safe, roads were now dry.
Thanks to ARRL for sponsoring, and all who braved the foul wx to operate and
give out points and grids.
Equipment:
910H 100w to 4 elmts on 144, rotated the car, 75w to 22 elmts on 432 same
73,
