Comments:
Definitely the worst low band conditions in my many years of operating the SAC
CW!
Higher solar activity is needed just to improve the LOW bands! 20 was OK, but as
expected closed early. By the time 40 was open on my end, it was closing to
Scandinavia on the EU end. I scanned 40/80 numerous times through my evening
while working 2 USA QSO parties and nothing really readable was ever found on 80
and only the same handful of stations were heard on 40, very disappointing. I
had to get up early and work 20M to make the 100 Q total. Without better solar
activity, SAC is not worth my time.
