I didn't have an opportunity to put a rove together for this one, so I went back
to the tried-and-true plan of operating QRP portable from Woodall Mountain in
Iuka, MS, EM54vs. I have done one January and several June contests there, but
this was my first September contest from Woodall.
My result met my expectations, but I was disappointed at how it was basically
impossible to move stations worked on FT8 to different bands. Free message
inquiries received no responses. I missed out on a number of potential
additional Qs and mults as I didn't have another way to get in touch with
several of the stations I worked to coordinate running the bands.
