Operated true M2 at WX3B’s fine station with WA3AER and KD4D for about 10
hours. Made it home with 30 minutes to spare looking for a Q so that PVRC could
get an additional full Challenge multiplier of ‘ONE’ for me.
I don’t know how she did it but NV9L Valerie, co-host of Ham Nation was able
to hear the faint 40M signal from my attic fan dipole, which is non-resonant on
40M, on the first try !!! Must be some great receiving antennae at WB9Z !!!
Despite conditions I had fun in the contest!
