Comments:
My primary goal was to finish 5B WAS in MA: 80-AK and 15-DE & VT.
My secondary goal, as always, was to do better than previous scores.
NADA on both goals -- not surprisingly, the lack of sunspots and
summertime nixed both.
Sharing time with both tennis in the afternoon and football in the
evening didn't help either, and the thunderstorm that rolled in
around 10:15 put an end to the endeavor. 10 was dead as expected,
15 was empty, and 160 was too noisy to hear anything. 80 and 40
were also very noisy, with bad static crashes from the
mid-Massachusetts storms that were arriving. Only 20 was "OK."
Actual BIC = 4 hours (Official time = 5 1/2 hours)
Rig: TS-2000
Antennas:
10 HB 5el yagi @ 30ft (not that it mattered much...)
15 Rotatable Dipole @ 33ft

80/40/160 Modified AD DX-CC fed at 30', with 160
added "zig-zag" around back yard
