Comments:
My first 10 hour NAQP since about 2001.What a difference 18 years made.
With low power, and a small station,I need it to be at least a 3 band contest.
Without 10 and 15 meters, not so much fun.
I fought hard on 20m trying to get runs going, but it seemed that after about 3
q's.I had to S&P ,until I found another clear frequency to try again. My best
run was maybe 20 q's,with most 2-3.
When I moved to 40m,it was pretty noisy .I tried hard, but could not get anything
going with just a dipole.
I will work on my 40-160 antennas between now and the next NAQP.
Thanks to all who hung in there to work me,
Larry K6RO ..not n6ro,or w6ro :)
