Comments:
Had a blast this weekend helping out my DDCC team! I was able to participate in
the live online scoreboard for the first time which was a very neat addition to
the contest.
Sometimes the bands seemed to be in decent shape and other times not. 20m was
mediocre most of the day but became very good around sundown. 80m was a struggle
as always due to my horribly ineffective antenna there. 10m was totally dead and
15m had only a few faint gasps of life.
I was not able to run as much as I hoped, but I did have a nice 20m run in the
0100z hour. The rest of the contest was spent searching and pouncing with a few
brief runs sprinkled here and there.
