Comments:
Icom IC-7300,Heil Pro Micro Headset on VOX,and a ZS6BKW (modified G5RV) up 50
feet, running N-S from 6,053 feet elevation. Forgot all about this event, until
1800 hours into the contest. After helping the High Noon Traffic Net as a relay
station,I laid down for a quick "Cat Nap" and fell soundly asleep.
Unfortunately, what woke me up was the loud thunder of a passing storm, with just
44 minutes left in this contest. I made a few contacts in spite of sustained and
frequent QRN. Thanks to those who provided the fills during my few,and mostly
challenging Q's. Will try and be better organized next time. Happy Canadian Day
to my VE friends! November Seven Many Zebras Walking.
